to the Auction Terms and Conditions
of Gelos Auction House
Absentee bidding Terms and Conditions for bidders participating in the MOSCOW-LONDON-PARIS auction broadcast in London
1. MOSCOW-LONDON-PARIS Auction (hereinafter referred to as the "Auction") shall be held on 19th May 2005
in the Russian Federation, at the salesroom of Gelos Auction House (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") located at 2/6 1st Botkinsky Proezd, Moscow, Russia.
2. On 19th May 2005, the Organizer provides reception and live audio and video Auction Broadcast
(hereinafter referred to as the "Broadcast") at the banquet room of Westbury Mayfair Hotel, London, UK.
3. Individuals participating in the reception and Broadcast (hereinafter referred to as the "Guests") are allowed to bid only after receiving numbered bidder card.
4. The participation of the Guests in the Auction is equal to absentee bidding (provided by the Organiser to anyone at any auction by means of telephone communications or via the Internet). Thus, the Guests' bids are perceived by the Organiser as absentee bids (bids made by individuals unable to bid in person at Auction), which are equal to instructions to act on behalf of absentee bidders in the salesroom.
5. The case when Guest's bid is the final bid means that the bidder has placed the highest absentee bid which has won at the Auction.
6. According to Russian law, the winning bidder has the right to purchase the lot only inside the Russian Federation.
7. Acceptance of the bidder card by the Guest concerns argreement to the Terms and Conditions cited above.
